This is a combined full-time, benefits eligible, utility position. Time will be split as needed between Draft Technician and Merchandiser duties. In both types of duties, attention to detail is highly important.

Draft Tech duties:

Assures that suppliers’ draft accounts receive efficient and regular draft cleaning service, and that the service is of a high degree, bearing in mind the requirements of suppliers.

Work Performed:

• Adheres to account draft service schedule and assignments as directed by the Branch Manager/Draft Manager and maintains records accordingly.

• Records appropriate information on services.

• Completes draft records on new or lost accounts.

• Sells new package placements wherever possible.

• Knowledge of draft maintenance.

• Assists suppliers’ personnel as requested by Branch Manager/Draft Manager.

• Submits daily record of activities per Company “Daily Sales Report”.

Merchandiser duties:

This position is responsible for product merchandising within large volume stores including freshness rotation, display set up and maintenance, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization and movement of product from storage to the sales floor.

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Legacy Beverage products in accounts assigned by supervisor

• Clean draft lines using the proper techniques and procedures

• Clean shelving, rotate products and price all packages

• Rotate and maintain a neat backroom where applicable

• Lift and/or carry at least 55 pounds frequently for 8-10 hours a day

• Push and/or pull 55-250 pounds frequently for 8-10 hours a day

• Ability to safely perform bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting regularly

• Ability to safely perform frequent reaching over shoulder, at waist level, and from the floor. Must also be able to frequently lift overhead.

• Drive personal vehicle to each account for service with bi-weekly mileage reimbursement

• Retain a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, valid registration, and an acceptable 39 month MVR

• Utilize point of purchase in each account

• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition

• Communicate sales results to store and Legacy Beverage Management

• Build customer relationships at store level

• Sign in and out with store manager

• Keep shelves clean and product rotated

• Various other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
