We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Scrum Master . This is an excellent opportunity for recent high school graduates or individuals looking to start a career in tech, project coordination, or Agile methodologies. No previous experience is needed — we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Agile teams by organizing and facilitating daily stand-up meetings.

Assist in scheduling team events like sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Update and maintain project tracking tools (training provided).

Communicate with team members and managers to ensure tasks stay on track.

Identify and report any blockers or obstacles affecting progress.

Learn and apply Agile/Scrum principles in a supportive environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Interest in Agile, Scrum, or project coordination.

Basic comfort using computers and online tools.

Dependable team player with attention to detail.
