Our top Am Law 100 client has an excellent opportunity for a Mid-Level Associate in their Florham Park, New Jersey office to join their global Franchise and Distribution Practice. They offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing matters. Franchise experience is preferred, but not required. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials, detail oriented and writing skills are essential. Must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar or eligible for admission to the New Jersey Bar.
The expected pay range for this position is:
$200,000-$245,000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
