What Youll Be Doing: As the Lead Audiologist, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional hearing and balance care to patients of all ages. Your role includes:

Leadership: Lead our audiology department with a focus on high-quality patient care and team success.

Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive hearing and balance evaluations, interpret test results, and recommend tailored treatments and assistive devices. Help promote the latest hearing technologies and increase awareness to drive sales growth.

Collaboration: Work with a multi-disciplinary team to help rehabilitate implant recipients and support innovative research in audiology.

Supervision & Growth: Manage and mentor audiology staff, setting performance goals, coaching, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Technical Expertise: Perform otoscopic exams, cerumen removal, ear impressions, and fit hearing aids and protection devices.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all patient records are accurately documented, complying with company policies and regulations.

What Were Looking For:

Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology

Licensure: Current state licensure as an Audiologist

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting (leadership experience is a plus!)

Certification: Ability to obtain Audiology Intern supervisor certificationSkills & Qualities:

Strong knowledge of hearing and balance assessments

Excellent communication and leadership skills
