ADVANCED PRACTICE RN

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least two years NP or PA experience in medical oncology required. Will be working closely Medical Oncologist/Hematologist.

EDUCATION

Nurse Practitioner: Minimum-MSN in related field of work.

Physician Assistant: Minimum- PA-C, or equivalent.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONNurse Practitioner: Minimum- Registered Nurse Licensure from the state of Indiana; Nurse Practitioner certification, BLS required.

Physician Assistant: Minimum- Physician Assistant Licensure from the State of Indiana;

National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification; BLS required.
