We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customer database is accurately maintained and updated, while also providing top-notch customer service. Your primary responsibility will involve entering and maintaining customer information in our internal systems, processing orders, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update customer information in the database accurately and efficiently.

Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of service.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing assistance as needed.

Verify the accuracy of data entries and make necessary corrections.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service.

Generate reports as needed to analyze customer information and trends. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.

Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.

Excellent typing skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
