We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.
Reporting to Senior Leadership, the Office Administrator, provides support for the management of company facilities. The role assists with space planning, contract administration, office functions, and services. The Office Administrator is a liaison between company staff and building managers, provides information, answers questions, and responds to facility-related requests. The Office Administrator maintains an efficient, productive, and positive office culture and employee experience.
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED required
1 + years of administrative experience
1 + years of office management experience
Previous experience in the mortgage industry preferred
Previous project management experience preferred
Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
Must be able to lift 35lbs and be comfortable with standing/ walking for long periods of time
Proficiency with MS Office to include MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to respond tactfully and professionally in high-demand situations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse personalities in a tactful and mature manner
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Solid judgment and reasoning skills
Strong time management skills
Strong planning and organizational skills

The hiring range for this position is between $39,894.40- $50,606.40 annually
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
