Regional Distribution Center Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of day-to-day operations with our 3PL providers ensuring efficient delivery, accurate inventory tracking, and streamlined distribution.

Monitor and enhance 3PL performance through scorecarding, KPI reviews, and issue resolution.

Serve as the go-to expert for product handling, traceability, and best-in-class storage practices at our Market Distribution Centers.

Lead and support continuous improvement projects that impact quality, speed, and cost-efficiency.

Partner with the Logistics Director to manage budgets, analyze costs, and identify savings without sacrificing service.

Help train and align 3PL teams with internal procedures, ensuring compliance with Mars standards and industry regulations.

Play a vital role in inventory audits, root cause analysis, and reconciliation in accordance with company governance.

Prepare for the unexpected by helping to develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies for distribution operations.

Document and implement SOPs and internal controls to minimize legal and operational risk.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in business or supply chain related fields

Six Sigma / Lean Certification Preferred

Broad knowledge of Logistics, Distribution, and Transportation processes

3-5+ Years experiences in Warehouse operations and Inventory Management.
