Pay: $80,000.00/Year Salary

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training. The Account Manager provides strong customer service, access control, loss prevention, incident response, observation, and reporting for all safety and security incidents and supervises Officer and Supervisor duties that will include the use of wand and metal detectors, service enhancement, and training.

Account Manager Requirements:

1+ Years of supervisory experience

Previous Security & Data Center experience preferred

Ability to train and develop employees

Ability to meet deadlines

Computer literacy

Calm, polite, and professional behavior

High level business and management knowledge

High customer service orientation

Experience managing large security program As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors and Lead Officers on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
