Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in operating Flexo machines, which are responsible for folding, stacking, and packaging finished products. The role involves feeding raw stock into the machines.

Responsibilities

Assist in operating Flexo machines, including feeding raw stock.

Perform inspection and quality control on finished products.

Set up and load machines for production runs.

Participate in assembly and general labor tasks.

Ensure proper packaging of finished products.Essential Skills

Experience in machine operating and production.

Longevity in previous manufacturing roles.

Competency in inspection and quality control.

Ability to lift 10-30 lbs consistently.

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day.Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.

Experience with larger scale manufacturing, rather than small hand assembly.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a clean, organized facility with a total of 50 employees on the shop floor. The environment is noisy due to Flexo and corrugated packaging machines. The position requires working 2nd shift hours from 2pm to 10pm, with a consistent 9-hour work shift. Job Type & Location

This is a position based out of FORT ATKINSON, Wisconsin.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.25/hr.
