Job Title: Stockroom Associate
Job Description
Ensure the orderly and timely flow of component parts, assemblies, and subassemblies to meet production schedule requirements. Responsible for issuing materials to production operations, handling large/heavy work pieces, performing area cleanup, and ensuring effective inventory control over incoming and stocked materials, equipment, and supplies.
Responsibilities
Possess necessary computer skills to proficiently handle routine tasks.
Communicate clearly with coworkers, planners, material managers, and internal customers to work toward team goals.
Identify material shortages and support problem-solving resolutions.
Document and distribute scrap/salvage parts.
Kit daily or weekly assembly picks as required by job function.
Possess a general knowledge of material planning, control, manufacturing environments, and inventory methodology.
Exhibit general organizational, communication, collaboration, and flexibility skills.
Work with minimal supervision and follow established procedures for routine work.Essential Skills

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled facility with a friendly manufacturing team. The position is for the 1st shift, from 6am to 2:30pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of State College, Pennsylvania.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
