Soliantismitted to the academic and emotional well-being of all students, offering a collaborative and innovative environment for educators and support staff. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to serve our elementary schools for the 20252026 school year.

Position Summary:

The School Psychologist will work as an integral member of the student services team, supporting the success of elementary-aged students through assessment, consultation, intervention, and collaboration with families and staff. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students across one or more elementary schools in the district.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct prehensive psychoeducational evaluations to support eligibility for special education services

Provide counseling and mental health support for students as needed

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement academic and behavioral interventions

Serve as a key member of MTSS and IEP teams

Support positive behavior interventions and school-wide social-emotional learning initiatives

Participate in crisis intervention and threat assessment procedures when necessary

Qualifications:

Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement

In-depth knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and Illinois State Board of Education guidelines

Experience working with elementary school students preferred

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and munication skills
