Good afternoon, one of our clients is seeking a Business Analyst in Beaverton, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate within Agile teams to gather and document technical, functional, and business requirements.

Develop supporting documentation (e.g., workflows, user stories, SQL queries, mockups).

Partner with QA to create test plans, analyze results, and ensure deliverable quality.

Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and support team collaboration and on-time delivery.

Provide mentorship, drive innovation, and optimize processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe®, Kanban).

Strong critical thinking, stakeholder alignment, and problem-solving.

Proficiency in SQL, SharePoint, workflows, mockups, and test script development.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in dynamic, regulated environments with multiple concurrent projects.

Availability for on-call/after-hours support.
