Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

2+ years full service restaurant management experience

Excellent tenure

Must have some experience in a full service Mexican restaurant

Understand financials (P & L)

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily FOH, BOH, and/or bar operations

Drive sales and manage costs

Develop and train staff

Possess and maintain high standards in guest service and food quality
