Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Analyst to join our client's team in St. Louis, MO! This contract to hire position involves working closely with IT managers, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to design, implement, and support Oracle Fusion solutions across various business domains. This role is integral to their digital transformation efforts and requires a blend of technical expertise, functional knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Support the implementation and ongoing management of Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Develop and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to migrate data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.

Conduct functional testing and create test scripts to validate system configurations and business processes.

Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to end users and team members.

Analyze software logs and trace files to identify and address system issues effectively.

Assist in integrating external data sources with Oracle Fusion using industry-standard tools and methodologies.

Ensure compliance with localization requirements and security protocols in Oracle Fusion applications.

Work collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to 24/7 operational support when required.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with Oracle Fusion applications, including expertise in at least one domain (for example, Manufacturing, Finance, Human Resources, or Customer Experience).

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze details and provide high-level solutions.

Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle reporting tools like BI Publisher.

Familiar with external data integration services and data migration processes.

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Able to develop and troubleshoot APIs, web services, and client-side scripting.

Knowledgeable of cloud technologies, ERP/CRM systems, and configuration management.

Willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts, to support global operations.
