Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior React.js/Next.js Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic front-end team in Austin, Texas. Youll work on delivering pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces that elevate the user experience and integrate seamlessly with powerful AI capabilities. This is a hands-on opportunity to build a world-class SaaS product, grow your skills in a high-impact startup environment, and contribute meaningfully to AI-driven contract intelligence.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement responsive, visually polished user interfaces using React.js and Next.js

Collaborate with product and back-end teams to bring designs to life with pixel perfection

Integrate AI components to enhance the front-end experience

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Stay current with front-end best practices, frameworks, and trends

Contribute to the overall UX and design system evolution

Requirements

Located in Austin, Texas

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with React.js

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering pixel-perfect UI

Experience working in a startup environment

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and state management (Redux, Context API)

Basic understanding of version control systems (Git)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on a SaaS product

Familiarity with AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar

Experience with AI projects or integrating AI models in front-end applications

Knowledge of component libraries and design systems

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Experience working independently and taking ownership of projects

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
