Job Description: We are seeking 3 Part-Time or Full-Time motivated and energetic Pediatric Therapy Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with our licensed therapists (OTs, PTs, and SLPs) to support therapy sessions, assist with preparation and cleanup, and help maintain a safe, playful, and organized clinic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is considering a future in pediatric therapy or healthcare.

Responsibilities:

Assist therapists during therapy sessions with setup, equipment, and client engagement

Interact with children in a playful, encouraging, and therapeutic manner

Prepare and clean treatment areas and therapy materials

Monitor and support children during activities to ensure safety

Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy spaces and supplies

Help manage scheduling and clinic flow as needed

Support therapists with basic documentation and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college or healthcare-related coursework preferred)

Experience working with children, especially in a healthcare or educational setting

Energetic, reliable, and compassionate personality

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
