What will you do?

Design and deploy intelligent systems to automate infrastructure workflows

Rapidly prototype and ship applied AI solutions using LLMs, knowledge graphs, and retrieval systems

Build vector search pipelines and run large-scale evaluation frameworks

Fine-tune and adapt existing language models for real-world deployment

Collaborate cross-functionally with other engineers to bring features from idea to production

Give a tech talk during the interview process you'll be doing this kind of knowledge-sharing on the job, too

What will you need?

Essentials:

5+ years of applied machine learning or related experience

Demonstrated ability to build large-scale information retrieval or search systems

Experience constructing and running evaluation pipelines

Pre-training or fine-tuning LLMs (language modeling experience required)

Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with common ML libraries and data tools

Strong problem-solving and code maintainability skills

Excellent communicator comfortable with fast, iterative development

Standouts:

Track record of open-source ML contributions
