About the Role

As a Marketing Representative, you’ll play a vital role in driving business growth by promoting our insurance products, building strong local relationships, and supporting sales efforts through strategic outreach. You’ll be the face of Koda Insurance Services in the community—supported with a competitive salary, commission structure, and the tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Koda Insurance Services through networking, local events, and community engagement.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients, referral partners, and business contacts.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local sponsorship opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and client acquisition goals.

Execute B2B marketing strategy in San Diego County.

Track and report on marketing activities and results.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in marketing, business development, or sales (insurance experience a plus)

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of marketing tools

Valid driver’s license (required)
