We are seeking a passionate and dedicated RN Supervisor to join our Acute Rehab Unit. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients in need of acute rehabilitation. As the RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for staff.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations of the Acute Rehab Unit, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and standards of care are adhered to.

Coordinating and directing patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing and evaluating patient care delivery.

Supervising, mentoring, and evaluating nursing staff, promoting continuous learning, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Ensuring the Acute Rehab Unit is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Participating in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Addressing and resolving any patient concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Participating in staff scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operation of the unit.

Providing clinical leadership in emergencies and acting as a role model for nursing staff.

Qualifications:

Must possess a current and valid RN license.

Proven experience in a supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership role within a healthcare setting.

Exceptional clinical skills with the ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.

Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.

Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

BLS required.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
