We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Lyons, Georgia. This role is ideal for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who thrives on managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes.

• Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure they are competitive and compliant.

• Address employee relations matters, resolving issues and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.

• Drive HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

• Develop and implement safety policies, conduct regular safety audits, and provide training to promote a safe work environment.

• Create and deliver training programs that support employee development and career progression while maintaining up-to-date job descriptions.

• Manage workers' compensation claims, coordinating with corporate teams and insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.

• Assist with IT-related responsibilities, such as setting up workstations and addressing basic technical issues in collaboration with the IT department.

• Prepare reports, provide training, and support administrative tasks to enhance overall operations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including compliance and record-keeping requirements.

• Proven expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and full-cycle recruiting.

• Experience with HR and payroll systems such as Paychex, Paycor, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with workers’ compensation laws and safety compliance processes.

Compensation$50,000.00-$65,000.00 Yearly
