Commercial HVAC Technician

Job Description

Local HVAC Contractor who is a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Commercial HVAC Service Technician. Desired experience:

•Air cooled and/or water cooled systems up to 500 tons

•Variable refrigerant flow (VRF/VRV) systems

•Water source heat pumps and evaporative condensers

•Data center environmental equipment

•Understanding of basic HVAC controls and VFD’s

•Air handling equipment including VAV systems typically found in larger commercial systems

•Performing preventative maintenance on hydronic cooling & heating systems

•Pump and motor alignments

Requirements:

•High School or Trade School Graduate or GED

•EPA Universal license

•At least 2 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience

•Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record

•Able to pass a background checkCompany Description
