This senior engineering role offers the opportunity to work on the design and development of next-generation heating, cooling, and water heating solutions. You’ll play a critical role in end-to-end product development, from concept and design through to prototyping, testing, and launch, while also driving improvements across existing product lines. This is a high-impact position for an experienced engineer who enjoys both technical challenges and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with variable speed product design is essential.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Lead detailed thermo-fluid analysis and modelling of new and existing systems using advanced design tools and simulation software.

Explore new technologies through rigorous research, concept testing, and hands-on experimentation to support innovative product development.

Design and develop variable speed systems and components, ensuring performance and efficiency standards are met.

Collaborate with a wide range of suppliers and technical partners to develop components and subsystems that meet high standards of performance and reliability.

Communicate key technical findings and progress through clear, insightful reports and presentations.

Drive product improvements by identifying opportunities for optimisation and implementing design enhancements.

Deepen your knowledge of design processes, manufacturing capabilities, and industry regulations to shape product direction.
