As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Set schedule: Day/Swing Mix: 0400-1200/1200 to 2000: Friday to Monday, Shift Days to be explained during the interview.

Competitively hourly wage of $21 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

Excellent customer service is always your top priority as you answer phones, greet people, handle vendors, and check IDs.

You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

You may be tasked in doing foot and vehicle patrols.

You provide rapid response in critical situations.

You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.

You are proficient at working with computers and other electronic tools.

You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Qualifications of a Concierge Security Guard

You are authorized to work in the U.S.

You have at least a high school/GED diploma or transcripts in hand.

You have a valid PILB in hand.

You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.

You have 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment.

You have at least 1 year with truck gate experience.

You have the physical stamina to be on your feet and handle the weather throughout your shift, as needed.

You possess excellent people skills.

You are exceptional at working with Electronics, computers, phones, alarm systems, and other hi-tech tools.

You have a driver's license, and a clean driving record.

You have outstanding work ethic!

You are a U.S. Citizen or naturalized.
