Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a full-time accounting clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with full cycle of Accounts Payable

Entering and coding of invoices into the accounting system

Assisting with tracking receivables

Assisting with reconciliation

Accounting data entry

Office support as needed

Qualifications:

1+ years of recent experience in an accounting assistant, clerk or specialist role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
