Now Hiring: CNC Mold Maker

$30 - $ 40/hr – Middletown area – Contract-to-hire

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision? We’re looking for a CNC Mold Maker to join a dynamic manufacturing team in the Middletown area. From building new molds to fine-tuning existing ones, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

Craft precision molds using CNC machines and Mastercam software

Diagnose and repair existing molds to minimize downtime

Partner with Tool Shop and Production leadership to maintain quality standards

Operate various machines, tools, and a forklift when needed

Keep detailed records and input data accurately into internal systems

What You Bring:

At least 2 years of experience in mold making

Technical or trade school background

Proficiency in Mastercam

Strong troubleshooting and machining skills

Comfort using a variety of tools and equipment

Forklift experience and basic computer skills
