About The Job
The Fleet Dispatcher (FLD) is responsible for dispatching recovery truck drivers, preparing vehicle paperwork for proper loading, unloading, and delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include:
Receiving, prioritizing, and processing customer orders via phone, email, and system requests.
Scheduling drivers for daily vehicle deliveries.
Providing directions and instructions to drivers regarding deliveries.
Downloading vehicle location information from the system within the yard.
Checking vehicle inspection reports prepared by drivers.
Preparing and processing detailed job orders accurately.
Managing GPS reports for each recovery truck daily.
Collecting and collating vehicle receiving forms with customer documents (EID copy & DL copy).
Updating delivery information in the system and completing job orders.
Submitting daily vehicle dispatch reports to the Fleet Supervisor.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in vehicle transport.
Experience in coordinating drivers and preparing reports.
