3 yrs exp must incl Design & develop audit approach to mitigat financl statmnt risks bsd on US GAAS for privat entities & PCAOB audit stndrds for SEC registrnts; Audit accountng estimats in accordnce w/ PCAOB 2501; US GAAP; SOX Act Sectn 404, incl deficncy assessment; COSO frmwrk; & AICPA audit stndrds.

CPA license req.

Salary range: $156,904 $227,700/yr.
