Compensation: $50,000-60,000
Schedule: Flexible Monday-Friday (Weekends if needed)

You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle and driver schedules and troubleshooting issues which arise due to driver and/or equipment changes, customer needs and other planned and unplanned events. Description:
Schedule Operators and Coaches accordingly for a 7-day period.
Scheduling must be maintained 2 weeks in advance
Communicate to drivers regarding their schedule, equipment assignment, and customer needs.
Verify Hours of Service and Fit for Duty Requirements through our check-in procedures.
Visual inspection of license, medical card, and driver logs.
Document on time, tardiness, call offs, and operator issues.
Coordinate last-minute changes with Sales, Maintenance and/or driver.
Monitor phone calls and communicate any issues.
Review paperwork turned in by driver.
Respond effectively to schedule changes, driver related issues, traffic, and/or bus issues which arise daily.
Provide a high level of customer service towards all customers and employees.
Update and monitor GPS route/equipment status.
Monitor on-time performance.
Act as primary liaison between operations and maintenance.
Monitor compliance hours.
Report all accidents/incidents to Safety Director/General Manager/VP Operations-Central.
Assist customer inquiries through phone or email.
Provide available and OOS bus list along with fleet count, monitor PM list.
Make sure all company vehicles and buses are fueled and cleaned.
Inspect and sign DVIR.
Other projects as needed by Operations and GM.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 to 2 years previous driving and/or dispatching experience or 5 years of transportation industry preferred.
Ability to multitask and trouble shoot in a high pace environment
Must be an organized and detail-oriented individual that can work independently and efficient
Available on weekends, holidays, days, and nights and work flexible long shifts depending on the operation’s needs to support dispatch
Exemplary communication and customer service skills
Knowledgeable in data entry, internet usage, email, Microsoft Office, Excel and web based routing/GPS programs A clear understanding of e-log's
Knowledge of DOT Safety rules, Hours of service, Federal and State Regulations for facilities and operators. Coach USA, would love to discuss your qualifications for this position.
