Provide comprehensive patient care in the PICU and general floor duties.

Conduct sedation for procedures as necessary.

Manage patient admissions with an average of 3-4 per shift.

Respond to phone consultations, averaging 4-5 calls per shift.

Participate in rounding, balancing both inpatient care and administrative responsibilities.

Coordinate with nursing and support staff to ensure optimal patient care. Qualifications:

Board Certification in Pediatrics - Critical Care Medicine required.

Fellowship training in a related specialty is preferred.

Previous experience in an inpatient setting is highly desirable.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage a dynamic workload effectively. License and Certification Requirements:

Valid medical license required.

Board certification should be current.
