Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join one of our clients in Raleigh, NC.
This role is essential to ensuring construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities: Review and evaluate all subcontractor bids.
Coordinate pre-bid and site visits with subcontractors.
Create and distribute Bid Manuals to support the bidding process.
Develop Pricing Books for the Preconstruction Manager and Operations Department.
Maintain and update the subcontractor database.
Track project progress to ensure alignment with timelines and budget expectations.
Act as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe and Bluebeam.
