High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Must have and maintain a valid drivers license at time of hire.
Must obtain and maintain a CJIS certification within 30 days of hire.
Customer service experience is essential.
Must pass a modified background to include criminal history check.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in EPIC and/or EMR.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Administrative skills to include faxing scanning making receiving telephone calls maintaining and updating files databases.
