This Family Nurse Practitioner job will assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of health conditions while promoting wellness and disease prevention.

FNP Job Details Specialty: Family Practice, FNP Location: NY 11001 FNP Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, no call Duration: Permanent, Full-time position Shift Time: Mon-Fri, TBD Job : 25-00225 Pay: $150,000-165,000/Yr FNP Job Incentives: Medical and Dental coverage 403b retirement account with 4% after one year CME time and stipend Additional Details: NP or PA to cover Family Outpatient Clinic in Long Island City, NY with floating to satellite clinic/shelters in Brooklyn and Bronx at least 2 days a week.

Will see all pediatric, adolescents and adults with approx 18 patients per day.

Board Certification and BLS is required.

Spanish or 2nd language is preferred.
