The Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA, is looking for Anesthesiologists to join their team in a variety of different practice opportunities.

- Anesthesiologists specializing in the following specialties will be considered; Pediatric - Adult, OB, Liver Transplant, Academic, Regional, Cardiac, Community Practice, Critical Care, and General Practice.

- The locations where the locum may work include; ASC-Surgery Center ? Shrewsbury (Ambulatory) Hahn-Hahnemann Campus -Worcester (General) MARL-Marlborough Campus ? Marlborough (Community) MEM-Memorial Campus-Worcester (General and OB) UNIV-University Campus-Worcester (Level 1 Trauma) - Case mix varies from site to site but can include general, minimally invasive, bariatric, orthopedic (including trauma, spine and joint.

replacement), thoracic, vascular, neurosurgical, ENT, hepatobiliary, urology, IVF and GYN.

- The anesthesia team conducts an average of 60,000 anesthetics per year across all sites - The department comprises 160 clinical providers with diverse cultural backgrounds, delivering advanced perioperative care across seven clinical sites: three hospitals, two ambulatory surgery centers and two GI centers.

- Shift Hours: Physician?s start at 7am (8am on Wednesdays). If they are doing an in house call shift it is possible they could start at 1600, but for a normal clinical day it is 7a and 8a.

- Credentialing - Hahn/MEM/UNIV all fall under one credentialing arrangement while ASC and MARL each have their own.
