Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating procedures, work instructions and documents to support production departments . This role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain work instructions, procedures, and other documentation.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.

- Edit and proofread documents for clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards.

- Create and manage documentation templates and style guides.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

2 or more years of technical writing experience, preferred

Associate's Degree in Technical Communication, English, Instructional Design, a related field or equivalent work experience, preferred

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Ability to understand complex technical information and translate it into clear, user-friendly content.

Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), image editing & photography.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
