The Digital Content Director Position

The Digital Content Director will design and execute a focused, intentional content strategy that drives online audience growth and strengthens our brand presence. This role will lead the digital content team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the development of high-impact, multi-platform creative including copy, graphics, and video.

The Director will play a key role in shaping rapid response initiatives, vertical video strategies, and managing a dynamic content calendar aligned with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the creation of creative assets (graphics, microsites, etc.), staying ahead of social media trends, identifying real-time engagement opportunities, and coordinating content production in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Targeted Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Digital Content Director

Bachelors degree in marketing preferred

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

Experience writing, editing, and proofing social media content that drives action and maintains a consistent voice

Work independently and efficiently

Multitask and prioritize work with competing deadlines

Clearly and effectively communicate through graphic, written, and oral means
