Job Summary:
Aculabs is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in East Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing client concerns effectively. Your role will involve face-to-face interactions with clients, attending meetings as needed, and investigating escalated issues from the customer support team.

Responsibilities:
Engage with clients in various settings
Investigate and resolve escalated concerns
Document client interactions within our CRM system
Travel to client locations as required
Contribute to maintaining records of client contracts and other relevant documents
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a related field.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid Drivers License, Reliable Vehicle, Valid Auto Insurance
High School Diploma or equivalent
College Education (Preferred)
