We are seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant to support our team in executing high-impact communication and branding initiatives. This role will work closely with our marketing and property teams to develop clear, consistent messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong foundation in written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating and editing internal and external marketing materials
Draft press releases, promotional content, and email communications
Coordinate marketing campaigns with team members and external vendors
Support the planning and execution of branding strategies
Monitor communications trends and report on campaign performance
Maintain organized documentation for marketing materials and reports
Participate in meetings to align messaging across departments
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with basic design or presentation tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
