Schedule: 5x8s or 4x10s flexible scheduling M-F

Compensation: $180/hr

Start Date: Asap

weekly pay, 401K Plan with company match, Insurance: health/dental and vision coverage, relocation assistance, bonus for attendance and referral.

Required Skills & Experience:

Clinical Expertise:

Proficiency in anesthesia administration, pharmacology, and perioperative care is essential. This includes understanding different anesthesia techniques and their effects on patients.

Critical Thinking:

Nurse anesthetists must be able to assess patients' medical conditions, anticipate risks, and make timely, informed decisions to ensure patient safety and optimize outcomes.

Communication Skills:

Effective communication with patients, families, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members is crucial throughout the patient's journey.

Attention to Detail:

Precise monitoring of vital signs, accurate medication administration, and the ability to recognize and respond to changes in patient status are critical
