Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Policies Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
Claims Handling: Assist clients with filing insurance claims while providing valuable education on the impacts of claims.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
Policy Renewals: Conduct account reviews prior to renewal to identify cross-sale opportunities and new exposures.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
Requirements
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on building rapport and trust. Organization: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
