Travel Interventional Radiology - per week in Columbus, OH

Job Title: Vascular Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours (06:30 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year in Vascular Interventional Radiology License: Valid state license required Certifications: ARRT R, BLS required Must-Have: EVAR (Endovascular Aneurysm Repair) experience Description: Work in a state-of-the-art Hybrid OR Suite for advanced vascular interventions.

Shifts consist of 4x10s, Monday-Friday, with On-Call responsibilities (minimum of 125 hours per month). Be part of a Level I Trauma & Teaching Hospital environment.

Key skills and procedures include: Interventional Radiology & Angiography.

Vascular studies & procedures: stents, angioplasty, thrombolysis, thrombectomy, and dialysis graft interventions.

Neurovascular procedures: carotid angiography, embolization, vertebroplasty, and discogram.

Abdominal & pelvic procedures: mesenteric angiogram, liver biopsy, gastrostomy tube placement, and TIPS.

Fluoroscopy & C-Arm procedures proficiency.

PACS operation & maintenance expertise.

Chest tube placement, paracentesis & thoracentesis skills.

Equipment & devices familiarity: GE Innova IGS preferred.

Experience with PACS systems.

Travelers may be required to float to different units as needed.

Candidates must adhere to compliance deadlines, including fingerprinting procedures.

Reference requirements include two professional references, with at least one from a managerial or leadership position.

Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away for six months or more.

Current employees are ineligible for travel positions.

Education must come from an accredited program.
