Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tow Truck Driver/Operator to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver/Operator, you will be responsible for towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations. The ideal candidate will have a clean MVR, with experience operating light-duty tow trucks. Your excellent customer service skills and kindness will be essential in providing a professional and courteous experience for all drivers and customers.

Responsibilities:

Operate a tow truck safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations.

Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the tow truck is in good working condition.

Load and unload vehicles from the tow truck, using a rollback or wheel lift and dollies.

Drive in a safe and defensive manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with all drivers and customers.

Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient and reliable service.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License.

Experience operating a tow truck. If no experience, will train the right candidates.

Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a professional, kind and courteous experience.

Ability to drive in a variety of weather conditions, including heavy rain and snow.

Familiarity with rollback and/or wheel lift and dolly operations and the ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.

Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including lifting and bending.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
