Position Title: Drone Visual Observer Duration: 11 Months Pay Rate: $20/hr to $25.00 Location: Tolleson, Arizona Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST Front Half: Sunday - Wednesday (Start and end times may vary by about an hour) Back Half: Wednesday - Saturday (Start and end times may vary by about an hour) Mission: We’re pioneering a cutting-edge delivery system using autonomous aerial vehicles—or drones—to achieve a target 30-minute journey time from warehouse to customer.

This pathbreaking initiative enhances the service we already provide by optimizing transportation of lightweight items over short distances.

Day to Day: Part of the Flight crew Prepare for the day’s operations Work with aircraft and flight operations equipment Work on operation to actually deliver package Installing batteries, moving aircraft to/from flight line.

Working with operator in command to complete checklists safely Creating SOP’s for Processes Must Haves: Two year’s work experience Valid FAA Part 107 Clear communication skills and positive attitude Preferred Qualifications: Interest in aviation Ability to work independently Strong decision-making skills Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
