Join the Team That Tackles the Tough Jobs We're looking for a hands-on Environmental Estimator to lead job walks, assess contaminated sites, and develop accurate, competitive proposals for large-scale remediation projects — including oil spills, UST/AST closures, soil removal, and facility decontamination.

Key Responsibilities: · Conduct site visits for environmental remediation and civil cleanup projects · Estimate scope, labor, materials, and equipment needs from field conditions · Develop pricing proposals for fuel spills, tank removals, contaminated soil work, etc.
· Interpret blueprints, bid specs, and environmental reports · Work with subcontractors and vendors to gather quotes and negotiate pricing · Prepare bid packages and assist project teams with handoff after award · Build and maintain project schedules (Microsoft Project preferred) · Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and state environmental regulations Required Experience: · 5+ years estimating in environmental, site remediation, or heavy civil construction · Background in environmental cleanup projects (Superfund, brownfields, terminals, or gas stations) · Strong field knowledge — must be comfortable walking sites, reviewing hazards, and creating estimates based on fieldwork · Proficiency with Excel and construction scheduling tools · Familiarity with cost estimating software a plus · Excellent written and verbal communication Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with contaminated site remediation, tank removal, or fuel/chemical spill cleanup · Construction or engineering background (civil, environmental, or industrial) · Knowledge of federal/state regulatory agencies (DEP, EPA, DOT) What We Offer: · Base salary: $90,000–$120,000, depending on experience · Paid travel/mileage for site visits · Health, dental, and vision coverage · 401(k) with company match · Paid time off and holidays · Company-provided laptop and phone · Growth potential with a respected environmental contractor Location: In-office role with local/regional travel Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Ready to estimate projects that protect land, water, and communities?
