Receptionist We are looking for one person for this position for the summer ONLY . (April 14th approximate start date to August 25) Pay Rate : $14.00/hour Position Located at Spartan Linen Services 373 Service Road As the receptionist for Spartan Linen Services your duties would include, but not be limited to, the following: Answering phones Handling Invoicing questions/issues Taking plant orders Contacting customers Managing the SLS Email box Filing Month End duties Invoicing Printing Orders Maintain/Update Master File Issue Credits Updating employees schedules Maintaining/Update forms

Required Qualifications

Enrolled as a student at Michigan State University (during academic year) Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service Motivated self-starter able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision Good communication skills (written and verbal) Positive and respectful attitude, especially when working with a diverse population Dependable and reliable Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Some understanding of office settings/operations Willing to work minimally on plant as necessary to complete deadlines
