Video Editor for Long-Form Gaming YouTube Content

Are you a creative video editor with a passion for gaming and storytelling?

We're looking for a skilled video editor to join our team and help bring high-energy, long-form content to life for our growing YouTube channel.

What You’ll Do: Edit long-form gameplay videos (30–90 minutes) focused on Madden and College Football titles Review and condense hours of raw gameplay and camera footage into a clear, engaging narrative Use pacing, humor, music, and effects to enhance viewer retention and elevate content quality Meet a 3-day turnaround time per video What We’re Looking For: Experience editing long-form YouTube videos in the gaming space Familiarity or passion for Madden/College Football content is a major plus Ability to tell a cohesive story using raw gameplay and commentary A portfolio that demonstrates pacing, creativity, and storytelling Comfortable working with creators and iterating based on feedback Bonus Points If You’re Familiar With: Editing styles similar to Bordeaux, Weej, Dom CFB, or Med (Youtube channels) Adding dynamic subtitles, memes, callouts, and other engaging visual elements To Apply: Please send: A short intro about yourself and your experience with gaming content Links to relevant long-form gaming edits (YouTube or drive links are fine) Your typical rate or rate range per project We're excited to find an editor who’s not just cutting footage, but helping build stories that keep fans coming back.
