What you will do:
Full Branch Operational Command – Direct all branch functions including maintenance, dispatch, logistics, safety, and quality. Own the performance metrics and continuously push for operational excellence.
Team Leadership & Development – Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team. You will set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and hold your team members to high standards.
Customer Experience & Relationship Management – Build and strengthen relationships with customers. Solve problems decisively and ensure every customer experience is exceptional.
Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements to maximize productivity and profitability.
Quality & Safety Accountability – Ensure safety and quality standards are met. Conduct audits, enforce compliance, and ensure best-in-class outcomes across all branch activities.
Logistics & Equipment Oversight – Oversee routing, scheduling, and fleet operations to ensure timely service and equipment reliability.
What you want to know:
Salary starting at $75,000+ annually with monthly bonus opportunity

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
Leadership experience required
Equipment Rental experience highly preferred
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance required
Ability to read, write, and speak in English proficiently required
Must be authorized to work in The United States
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required
Ability to be exposed to and work in: air conditioned and non-air conditioned, inside/outside environments (including changing weather conditions,) occasional noise in excess of 100 decibels, dirt, grease, oil and other non-hazardous chemical encounters, all other elements presented by the day-to-day operations consistent with a construction/industrial equipment rental company is required
Proficiency with computers/tablet, knowledge of Microsoft Office, web-based applications, internet and email required
