ESTIMATOR / QUOTER

Allied Plastics LLC, located in Twin Lakes, WI is a leading Custom Thermoforming Manufacturer dedicated to manufacturing the highest quality thermoformed products as quickly and economically as possible by hiring the industry’s top professionals and skilled craftsmen, arming them with leading edge technology and training while providing first class customer service to all! Come and join our team! As an Estimator / Quoter at Allied Plastics LLC you would be responsible for prepare customer quotes in ERP system, EPICOR, while also managing quote revisions.

Pay: $18 - $30 based on relevant experience

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

ESTIMATOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Prepare customer quotes in ERP system

Determine project feasibility

Accurately figure sheet sizes and starting gauges

Accurately figure production rates (forming, trimming, & assembly)

Accurately figure number of operators needed for each job

Attain tooling quotes from vendors

Figure proper run sizes based on EAU, part size, packaging, etc.

Manage quote activity in ERP CRM “Task” dashboard

Manage quote revisions in ERP system

Review job history of under-performing jobs in Job Tracker to requote

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS

1+ year of relevant quoting experience preferred

Comfortable using Computers and Microsoft Suite

Strong proficiency in MS Excel

Epicor or any ERP experience is a plus

Strong communication skills

Highly organized and self-motivated

Comfortable with basic math and measurements
