Description

We're looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) who’s passionate about turning data into strategy and insight. This role is key in driving performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting our company’s long-term financial goals.

What You’ll Do:

Build and manage budgets and forecasts to support business planning

Conduct in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and performance tracking

Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, IT, and Leadership

Analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and support strategic initiatives

Support financial compliance and risk mitigation efforts

Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs using tools like NetSuite, Power BI, or Jira

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)

3+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, or financial modeling (Healthcare experience a plus)

CPA, CFA, or other certification preferred

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience working with large datasets

NetSuite required

Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree, preferred.

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.; Healthcare experience preferred

CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification, preferred.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
