Description
RRC is seeking a Civil Engineer I to help us build the future of the U.S. from our Round Rock, Texas office (North Austin). Experience in public and private projects, client relations, proposal writing, and coordination with city staff is a must. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, motivation, and initiative.

Essential Responsibilities
Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner
Conduct onsite investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other)
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
Assess potential risks, materials, and costs
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Experience in Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy
Job Requirements
· BS Degree in Civil Engineering
· Ability to provide own design and production
· Ability to manage both staff and clients
· AutoCAD proficiency is a must, Civil 3-D is preferred
· Experience in Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy
Exceptionally skilled at site grading a plus
Additional Skills: Civil Engineer
· Identifying project scope and budget management
· Knowledge of MS programs such as Word and Excel
· Excellent verbal and writing skills

. Sitting for prolonged hours, standing, walking, and lift up to 15lbs
